A trio of talent has decamped from the Andy LeCompte Salon on Almont Drive and set up shop in a chic little bungalow on Wetherly Drive. Denis De Souza, Mara Roszak and Alex Polillo can all be found amid the modern art, sleek leather-and-wooden chairs or in the lush back garden when they are not coloring, cutting and curling the locks of the stars. Clients have included Nicole Richie, Mila Kunis, Olivia Wilde, Zoe Saldana and Rachel Bilson, among others, who must love the black-tinted windows for privacy.
Brazilian-born De Souza continues his passion for color and preservation while still partnering with Joico for treatments including the new Luster Locke, which keeps any hair color shiny and smooth, or his red carpet industry tricks of the trade and expert advice.
