Petrossian West Hollywood
Petrossian offers authentic French flavors with seasonal California inspiration, where indulgence is synonymous with elegant, refined dining in a comfortable and casual environment, and Christmas Eve is no exception. Dinner begins with amuse-bouche before diving into a five-course meal featuring Dungeness Crab, Œuf en Croûte, Black Truffle Risotto, a choice of Kobe A5 Sirloin or Dover Sole, rounded out with a choice of seasonal galette or Tête de Moine for dessert.
Dinner service begins at 6:00pm, and will be accompanied by a live classical string duo to provide the soundtrack to your evening

Ivory on Sunset
West Hollywood’s chic indoor/outdoor dining concept, Ivory on Sunset, located in the Mondrian Hotel, will offer Christmas Eve/Day dinner specials by Executive Chef Andrew Bice, with normal hours on Christmas Eve and open until 8pm on Christmas Day. Enjoy Christmas Eve specials including Prime Rib (served with mashed potatoes, baby carrots, horseradish and au jus, $45), which will also be available on Christmas Day, as well as Dover Sole (in a meunière sauce with grilled lemon, $49 *only available Christmas Eve*), all of which can be enjoyed on the restaurant’s incomparable patio.

And, there is a special prix fix menu until 11:30pm on New Year’s Eve for $125 per person to ring in the new year. Enjoy dishes like Sear Foie Gras, Ricotta Agnolotti, and Truffle Butter Poached Lobster, all of which can be enjoyed on the restaurant’s incomparable patio.

Gracias Madre
For those with family and friends in town looking for a pre-Christmas Eve treat, visit none other than vegan Mexican West Hollywood hotspot Gracias Madre, which will be open until 3pm on Christmas Eve. Nosh on Executive Chef Chandra Gilbert’s vegan Mexican fare while washing it down with a cocktail by Beverage Director Maxwell Reis.

Open until 1am on New Year’s Eve, ring in the new year the right way with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight and specials including Chiles en Nogada (filled with picadillo topped with a walnut-based cream sauce, $20) and a CBD Grasshopper Brownie (served with peppermint ice cream, chocolate sauce, topped with hemp seeds and cashew whipped cream, $15) by Executive Chef Chandra Gilbert.

Wolf
On Christmas Eve dine out on Chef Marcel’s decadent prix fixe Christmas feast, a five-course tasting of holiday fare for $75 per person, plus an optional beverage pairing. Reservations are available from 5-9pm.

Chef Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne are whipping up A Night in Monte Carlo where guests can virtually travel to the tiny principality near the South of France and live it up with a prix-fixe menu, wine pairings themed décor and costumed staff. The menu, prepared by Chef de Cuisine Mercedes Rojas, begins with de rigueur Eggs & Caviar à la Casino Royale; followed by a salad of Bitter Herbs & Root Vegetables with Truffle Vinaigrette & Pissaladière. Next is a course of Pumpkin Ravioli with Maine Lobster, Tomato Confit & New Zealand Spinach. There is a Grilled Veal Chop with Osso Buco Jus, Saffron Rice & Swiss Chard Butter for the main course. The stylish and trendy little coffee shop on Melrose and LaBrea, which uses the San Francisco based Ritual Coffee as its anchor beans, has dreamt up a fresh batch of drinks to warm the soul and get you in the spirit of the holidays.
