SEA SALT POKE Opening in West Hollywood Monday, December 18th

SEA SALT POKÉ was created by executive chef and owner Russel Rassallat, following his philosophy that pure, natural ingredients simply taste better. With this in mind, he decided to elaborate his own sauces, infuse his own Sea Salts, and create unique toppings right in-house. Opening his first SSP location May 18th, 2016 at 11301 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles.

A year and a half later, on December 18th, 2018, he is opening Sea Salt Poke’s second location, this time in West Hollywood, with the same food concept, yet with additional ingredients and toppings, in a completely different space. An indoor-outdoor 1,200SF rooftop venue with a more chic and stylish environment in the heart of Melrose Place. With a larger seating capacity, accommodating 42 people (20 in patio), cozy, secluded and with views, making it the perfect new spot to grab a quick casual yet trendy lunch, or enjoy a nice quiet dinner.

And this isn’t it, they will soon be revealing the second concept by chef/owner Russel Rassallat, that will co-share the space, starting January 2018.
