The Landmark Restaurant at the SLS Beverly Hills Toasts to Ten with Exceptional Tasting Event
Chef José Andrés, ThinkFoodGroup, and The Bazaar’s Executive Chef Holly Jivin announce “A Very Bazaar Ten Year Anniversary Celebration”—a special moveable feast at The Bazaar by José Andrés to commemorate a decade of innovative food and drink at the iconic dining destination. On Tuesday, December 11, from 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM, chefs from all four Bazaar locations around the country will serve a special menu of signature dishes in a strolling event format.
For the first time ever, culinary teams from Bazaar Meat (Las Vegas, NV), Bazaar South Beach, and Bazaar Mar (Miami, Fla.) will converge at The Bazaar’s flagship location in Beverly Hills along with the visionary behind them all, Chef José Andrés. Dishes inspired by—and unique to—each restaurant will be offered, as well as specialty libations from roaming carts and plenty of jamón and Spanish wine.
MENU: The evening will feature a special 10 Year Anniversary Menu with more than 20 specialty menu items from the various Bazaar locations that include, but are not limited to:
Airbreads: All four versions of the whimsical sandwiches including the original Philly Cheesesteak (The Bazaar); Cubano (South Beach); Reuben (Meat); and Bagel & Lox (Mar).
California Funnel Cake from Bazaar Mar.
Bao Con Lechon from Bazaar South Beach.
Japanese Wagyu-Ishayaki Stone from Bazaar Meat.
Nitro Coconut Floating Island from Bazaar Beverly Hills.
The “A Very Bazaar Ten Year Anniversary Celebration” will take place on Tuesday, December 11, from 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM at the SLS Beverly Hills Hotel [465 La Cienega Blvd. Los Angeles, 90048]. The celebration will continue with the exclusive 10 Year Anniversary Menu, available at all four Bazaar locations until Sunday, December 23.
