PDC continues celebrating its 40th year of design leadership fueled by further growth in tenancy among global luxury brands — debuting, expanding and renovating in anticipation of PDC’s Fall Market- in the indoor/outdoor furniture, fabric, shading and accessory categories. Fortifying PDC’s position as a thriving, sought-after destination for design commerce, important fashion-forward resources have designated PDC as their preferred venue to engage the critical, high-end West Coast design customer with nearly 81,000 square feet of new, expanding and renewing showrooms.
Summer/Fall 2015 new showroom introductions and existing showroom expansions leading up to PDC’s October 8 Fall Market include prestigious textile and trim purveyors Holland & Sherry and Samuel and Sons, the Moderne-inspired Cygal Art Deco, shading innovator JGeiger Shading Technology and California classic James Perse. Strengthening these leasing successes are the renewals of 16 long-standing, industry influencers, including A. Rudin, Baker Furniture, Duralee Fabrics, Stark Carpet and Thomas Lavin.
“We are excited to continue the progression of our design community with the arrival of these internationally-acclaimed brands,” said Charles S. Cohen, owner and president, Pacific Design Center. “Each showroom reflects our commitment to provide the highest caliber of product quality, style and sophistication reinforcing PDC’s premier position as an essential partner in advancing the commerce of design. We are thrilled with their choice in selecting Pacific Design Center as the preferred destination to increase their market presence.”
