As far as we are concerned, the recent dining options at the Beverly Center reached a crescendo last Friday with Jeremy Fall and Easy’s, a modern diner concept inside the complex, now fully open to the public.
Along with business partner Henry Costa of J. Fall Group, Easy’s, will offer an expanded food, drink, and cocktail menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located on the Sixth Floor Main Entrance, the 20-seat counter space will also feature a 90-seat adjacent “patio” with a view of the city.
Alongside Easy’s signature burger, the menu will offer elevated versions of old-school diner fare, from entrees to classic salads, and sandwiches, as well as all-day breakfast dishes. Marquee menu items will include Duck Parmesan (this was our favorite) and Fried Chicken N’ Funnel Cake. Easy’s will offer a full cocktail menu featuring playful takes on classics like a Kimchi-Five Spice Bloody Mary, a Cold Fashioned (cold brew Old Fashioned) and Kool Aid & rum cocktail on tap. Easy’s will also provide vintage “Food Porn View-Masters®” on each table, showcasing indulgent food images from the menu.
Celeb Guests in attendance for the V.I.P. preview included Miguel, Kristina Schulman, Nazanin Mandi, Drew Seeley, Amy Paffrath, and Chelsea Kane. Miguel supported his friend and brought his wife, Nazanin Mandi. They noshed on fries, and French toast. Alongside, Kristina Schulman of the Bachelor dove into an Easy’s burger and a chocolate milkshake. Married and going strong Amy Paffrath and Drew Seeley toasted to each other with Easy’s staple Kimchi Bloody Mary cocktails pictured above.
“The constant goal through each of our concepts is to put a new twist on simple comfort food, from breakfast to deli sandwiches. We live in an era where storytelling has become everyone’s MO and dining is a huge part of our lives. I’m a believer that a unique experience doesn’t have to necessarily be expensive and over the top, so I want to give people something different to talk about without the high price tag,” says Owner Jeremy Fall. “I’ve always wanted to open a new age version of the classic diner and grew up in Los Angeles going to Beverly Center as a teenager, so this project has been very close to my heart.”
This is the fifth restaurant for J. Fall Group; additional concepts in Los Angeles include Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar in Venice, Tinfoil in Highland Park, the soon to open Paperboy Pizza on the Santa Monica Promenade as well as Nighthawk: AM in Chicago, that is also opening a second location alongside Easy’s inside Beverly Center.
