Hayden, the Culver City wine bar, with delicious veggie and seafood-centric dishes from Chef Ari Kolender, launches new weekly programming this April including a Sunday pop-up series from Chef Vinh Nguyen of forthcoming Chinese concept Stay Lucky and a Saturday afternoon Pintxos bar. Located at PLATFORM, Hayden recently reopened as a full-service dining experience, with upgraded interiors and a new wine program from Beverage Director Akari Yamamura.

Each Sunday in April (starting April 1) from 2pm until close, Hayden will host Executive Chef/Partner Vinh Nguyen of Stay Lucky – a new Chinese concept opening in Los Angeles in late 2018 – for a series of pop-ups. Formerly of Father’s Office, Nguyen has cooked in acclaimed kitchens in New York and Shanghai, and now returns to LA to open Stay Lucky. Beverage Director Akari Yamamura will pair select wines with Nguyen’s dishes, alongside Taiwanese beer. In addition to Hayden’s regular menu, a la carte dishes include—
