Priced from $550 to $5,000, Buyers Can Own a Piece of the First Ever Edible Four Seasons Hotel
Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg have unveiled the first-ever chocolate replica of Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles. A true art of confection, this chocolate hotel features 200 hotel rooms and 20 gingerbread “mansions” and is an architectural tour de force that was painstakingly handcrafted by the Hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Federico Fernandez over the course of several weeks. The entire hotel - along with neighboring gingerbread “mansions” - will be sold to raise funds for the venerable Toys for Tots Foundation, a non-profit organization run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to needy children.
Sponsors wishing to participate may “reserve a room” at the chocolate hotel for a charitable donation of $550. In exchange, sponsors are eligible to display their name on a candy flag which will be placed on one of the chocolate hotel room’s balconies. Gingerbread mansions can be purchased for a donation of $5,000 per house, with all donations being tax deductible.
“When we first conceived the idea of building an over-the-top chocolate and gingerbread hotel and selling off confectionary real estate to raise money for Toys for Tots, we knew we had to enlist a superstar agent. My first call was to top Beverly Hills real estate agent and star of BRAVO’s Million Dollar Listing Josh Flagg, who graciously agreed to help us in our cause,” said General Manager Michael Newcombe.

The Chocolate Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills will be on display in the hotel’s main lobby through January 1, 2016. Houses and rooms will only be available for charitable purchase and naming rights through December 24, 2015.
