West Hollywood’s premier caviar house joins with newly launched Anderson Valley winery to present an exclusive dinner and wine pairing on Thursday, March 26
Petrossian Restaurant & Boutique and Domaine Anderson are proud to announce an exquisite night of wining and dining with a six-course menu from Executive Chef Giselle Wellman paired with wines from Domaine Anderson on Thursday, March 26 for $125 per person (tax and tip inclusive.) Launched in 2014, Domaine Anderson is nestled in the hillside and mountain terrain of the Anderson Valley, a remote corner of Mendocino County, CA, and is dedicated to producing great estate-bottled wines. Selections from famed California sparkling wine producer Roederer Estate will also be served, and guests will have the option to purchase wine or join the exclusive Domaine Anderson wine club that night as well. Some highlights from the tasting menu include a Raw Artichoke Salad with Italian black winter truffle, arugula, pine, nuts, and lemon, and an Aspen Ridge Short Rib with parsnip mash, pear, and horseradish.
