By West Hollywood Lifestyle

Now that we’re in the thick of awards season, here is a mini-guide to everything the hottest stars use to get red carpet ready before they grace the award shows - and it’s all available in West Hollywood. From glowing skin to fabulous hair, West Hollywood will get you glam, whether for the Oscars or just a night out with friends. Here are tips and offerings from West Hollywood’s go-to experts:

Spa like a Celebrity:
Vance Soto, Founder of Ole Henriksen Spa and Skin Products, has been in the biz since 1975. Over the years he has created the RED CARPET HYDRAFACIAL to give anyone red carpet results. This treatment is the ultimate antiaging treatment: HydraFacial™ for exfoliation and hydration, LED lights for fine lines & wrinkles and to minimize surface bacteria, along with microcurrent for facial contouring, lifting, and firming. It ends with the oxygen system to calm, infuse antioxidants, and bind deep hydration to the skin. Instant Red Carpet results!
Kinara Spa has been a go to for red carpet perfect skin with their signature Red Carpet Facial – it tightens, pumps and clarifies the skin to create the perfect canvas for makeup. They also sell an at home treatment kit so you can get the same results right from home.

Build your body with Training Mate: Get whipped into fighting or just evening gown shape with Luke Milton at Training Mate. Training Mate focuses on 45 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) with a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises to burn up to 1,000 calories in a single session. Luke’s fitness career began as a professional Rugby player in Australia. Final touches- Fabulous Hair: Marco Pelusi, a celebrity haircolorist and salon owner, stressed that his clients, including actress Carol Alt, and television personality and fashion guru Carson Kressley, strategize the haircolor appointment and the cut, ideally within one week — but preferably at least a few days prior — to the event. This gives the cut and color time to “settle in” to the way it will look the day of. He recommends any client (celeb or event goer) to work directly with the hairdresser to ensure that the total look will be taken care of and will be in harmony. All of this goes for the guys, too. Finally, the day of the event is of course the most important: for women who will be wearing a special style and/or and updo a trial run is definitely recommended with the hairstylist prior to the day of the event. It should be a collaboration with inspiration and a set plan.
