Nestled behind the boutique eateries and designer flagships of Melrose Place stands Villa Orlando, a newly built and remarkable residence on North Orlando Avenue. The block, which runs parallel to West Hollywood’s quintessential La Cienega Design Quarter, has yet to see real estate rivaling the luxury and location offered by this home.
The property came to fruition thanks to Alex Lombardo and Mina Azami of luxury home group The Sunset Team. The two specialize in partnerships with investors and developers, directly linking buyers to sellers while handling all steps of new development and reconstruction in between. In alliance with a private backer, Lombardo and Azami conceptualized how to cultivate this space. Integral in their consideration was how to best serve of the ultra cool, metropolitan market of West Hollywood homebuyers uninterested in living in Beverly Hills or the Hollywood Hills.
