Entrepreneurs at their most effective bring positive change to the economy (both locally and globally) and impact the world in a good way. Mayer Dahan of Prime Five Homes and Dahan Properties is an entrepreneur with a vision and constructive change on his mind. He’s building contemporary homes outfitted with cutting-edge power and water efficiencies, and using his acquired wealth to boost charities via The Dream Builders Project, the nonprofit organization he founded.
Remarkably, Dahan, 31, got his start in real estate just out of high school. He launched a property management company and earned his real estate license before he was 21. His years of managing buildings help form the core of his business acumen: He became a pro at managing employees and customers (in this case tenants), dealing with the city permitting process and economically sourcing construction materials.
