Lobster Tuesday’s This Summer at Jar

Chef Suzanne Tracht’s highly acclaimed restaurant JAR, with its warm and rich interior decorated in soft shades and textures, reminiscent of supper clubs from the Golden Days of Hollywood, announces the return of “Lobster Tuesdays” beginning Tuesday, June 4, 2019, and continuing through the summer months.

On June 4, Chef Suzanne officially kicks off Lobster Tuesdays – her weekly evolving three-course lobster-centric menu – with a first course of Lobster Soft Taco with Pico de Gallo and Tomatillo Salsa; followed by the main course of Sautéed Lobster with English Peas, Potato Empanada, and Molé Poblano. For dessert, guests will enjoy a Peach Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream. Expect a specialty craft cocktail pairing from Bartendress Margo Tyler in addition to JAR’s extensive wine list. Lobster menus range from $65 per guest for food only, exclusive of tax, gratuity, and beverage; no substitutions; selections subject to change. Other menus to be announced weekly.
