On June 4, Chef Suzanne officially kicks off Lobster Tuesdays – her weekly evolving three-course lobster-centric menu – with a first course of Lobster Soft Taco with Pico de Gallo and Tomatillo Salsa; followed by the main course of Sautéed Lobster with English Peas, Potato Empanada, and Molé Poblano. For dessert, guests will enjoy a Peach Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream. Expect a specialty craft cocktail pairing from Bartendress Margo Tyler in addition to JAR’s extensive wine list. Lobster menus range from $65 per guest for food only, exclusive of tax, gratuity, and beverage; no substitutions; selections subject to change. Other menus to be announced weekly.
